Argentum Hub – End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Argentum Hub ("Argentum Hub," "we," "us," or "our") for the Argentum Hub software and related services accessed through your account (the "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to this EULA and your active subscription status, Argentum Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your own internal purposes in connection with the Service, including trade journaling and performance analytics features made available to your account tier.

3. License Restrictions

You may not, and you may not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software except as allowed by applicable law and then only with prior written consent where required.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Software, except to the limited extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices.
• Use the Software to violate law, infringe rights, probe or scan systems without authorization, or overload or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Software to provide regulated financial services (for example: personalized investment advice, trade signals for others, or managed trading) on behalf of third parties.

4. Ownership

Argentum Hub and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Except for the limited license expressly granted above, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

5. User Content

You retain rights to content you submit to the Service (for example, trade logs, notes, and attachments). You grant Argentum Hub a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display such content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Components

The Software may incorporate third-party libraries or services. Additional terms may apply to those components where required by their licensors. Payment processing may be provided by authorized third-party payment providers; card data is handled according to the provider’s PCI-DSS compliant flows.

7. Updates

We may deploy updates, patches, and feature changes to the Software. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Software, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ARGENTUM HUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ARGENTUM HUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ARGENTUM HUB’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ARGENTUM HUB FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF NO FEES WERE PAID, FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50)).

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Argentum Hub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Software, your content, or your violation of this EULA or applicable law.

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity).

12. Relationship to Other Policies

This EULA governs your license to the Software. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Service regarding software licensing scope, this EULA controls solely with respect to license grant and restrictions; otherwise, the Terms of Service control.

13. General

If any provision of this EULA is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. We may assign this EULA in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign this EULA without our prior written consent. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Argentum Hub regarding the license granted here and supersedes any prior understandings on that subject. Questions: support@argentumhub.com.
