Argentum Hub - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Argentum Hub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Argentum Hub provides a cloud-based trading analytics platform that allows users to:

- Create and manage structured trade journals with setup context, entry/exit logic, risk sizing, screenshots, and post-trade notes.

• Track advanced performance metrics including win rate, risk-reward distribution, expectancy, drawdown behavior, session/day performance, and equity curve progression.
• Use filtering, tagging, and categorization workflows to isolate recurring patterns by strategy, market condition, execution quality, and psychology state.
• Access private analytics dashboards and plan-based weekly/monthly reporting outputs for long-term performance evaluation and decision-quality review.

3. User Accounts

- 3.1 Account Creation: You may need an account to access Service features and are responsible for credential confidentiality.

• 3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorized use.
• 3.3 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

- 4.1 Plan Structure: Argentum Hub may provide trial, free, and paid tiers with different feature limits.

• 4.2 Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless canceled.
• 4.3 Payment: You agree to pay all fees for your chosen plan. Pricing may change with reasonable prior notice.
• 4.4 Plan Changes: Upgrades or downgrades may be applied according to billing-cycle and access rules.

5. Usage Limits and Restrictions

- 5.1 Plan Limits: Each tier may include limits for data volume, features, and analytics scope.

• 5.2 Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Service to violate law, distribute harmful code, abuse infrastructure, infringe rights, commit fraud, or bypass security/usage controls.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

- 6.1 Your Content: You retain rights to your uploaded/tracked content and grant us a limited license to host/process it for Service delivery.

• 6.2 Our Property: The Service (software, interface, branding, and materials) is owned by Argentum Hub or licensors and protected by IP laws.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when feasible.

8. Data, Termination, and Effect

Service analytics and operational data are governed by our Privacy Policy. You may cancel via account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations. Upon termination, access may end and some data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.

9. Disclaimers, Limitation, and Indemnification

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. Argentum Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify Argentum Hub for claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law, Changes, Contact, and Severability

Applicable law governs these Terms and related disputes. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates means acceptance. Contact: support@argentumhub.com. If any clause is unenforceable, remaining clauses remain in effect.
