Argentum Hub - Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Argentum Hub, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscription services.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

- 2.1 First-Time Subscribers: If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

  • 2.2 Conditions: To qualify, you must request refund within 14 days, it must apply to first subscription payment, and your account must not violate Terms or include abusive/fraudulent behavior.
  • 2.3 No Questions Asked: Eligible first-time refunds are generally processed without requiring a detailed explanation (feedback is welcome).

3. Renewal Refunds

  • 3.1 Automatic Renewals: Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal date.
  • 3.2 Refund Window: If renewal was unintended, you may request refund within 7 days of the renewal charge.
  • 3.3 Limited Use: Renewal refunds are discretionary and typically require minimal or no post-renewal usage.

4. Annual Subscriptions

  • 4.1 Initial Purchase: Annual plans are eligible for the 14-day guarantee.
  • 4.2 Pro-Rated Refunds: After 14 days, annual-plan refunds are generally not provided, except case-by-case in exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended outages or material feature changes).

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not issued in situations such as:

  • Requests after 14 days for first-time subscribers (except explicit policy exceptions)
  • Mid-period cancellations where access remains until period end
  • Partial-month or partial-year usage
  • Change-of-mind after guarantee period
  • Account termination due to Terms violations
  • Third-party issues outside our control
  • Free plan usage

6. Service Issues and Credits

Where significant outages occur, we may issue service credits or, in severe cases, pro-rated refund relief. Feature-specific incidents are evaluated case-by-case.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Provide account email, reason, and payment details/transaction date if available

8. Refund Processing Time

  • 8.1 Approval: Approved refunds are usually processed in 3-5 business days.
  • 8.2 Payment Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • 8.3 Bank Processing: Banking/card timelines may add extra days before funds appear.

9. Account Access After Refund

Upon refund processing, paid subscription access is terminated immediately. Certain account data may remain in short retention window for operational continuity, after which standard retention/deletion rules apply.

10. Fraudulent Refund Requests

We reserve the right to deny requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or part of repeated subscribe-refund patterns, and may limit future subscription eligibility.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in temporary account suspension and additional review procedures.

12. Cancellation vs. Refund

  • 12.1 Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via account settings; this stops future charges.
  • 12.2 Continued Access: Cancellation keeps access until billing period ends.
  • 12.3 Refund Request: If you seek refund and qualify, you must request it separately under this policy.

13. Plan Downgrades

Downgrading to a lower tier does not trigger retroactive refund or credit for pricing difference. Downgrade usually applies next billing cycle.

14. Currency and Payment Processing

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise shown. Refunds are issued in original transaction currency. Exchange-rate fluctuations are outside Argentum Hub responsibility.

Eligible transactions may be processed by authorized payment providers. Contractual and tax particulars for each sale appear on your checkout agreement, receipt, and invoice.
